Easyland is a trademark of Easyland and its affiliated companies.
At Easyland, we are confident in all our products and are committed to providing you with the best materials and manufacturing quality. Please read the details below regarding our product warranties and contact us if you have any questions.
Easyland Product Warranty Information
Easyland and its affiliated companies (Easyland) warrant that the products listed below will be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use during the Limited Warranty Period.
This limited warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original end-purchaser. Warranty service requires an original or copy of the sales receipt from an authorized Easyland retailer. This limited warranty does not cover products purchased from unauthorized retailers (including third-party online sellers on auction sites). Online sales confirmations are not valid for warranty validation.
Our warranty guarantees that the product will function as expected under normal/intended use during the warranty period. The warranty does not cover wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage. If any of these non-warranty conditions occur, please contact us for a quote for non-warranty repairs. If the warranty claim is made outside the warranty period, Easyland may, at its sole discretion, charge the customer for the repair.
Like all natural materials, our leather may occasionally have unique characteristics, such as small scars, creases, and color variations, which are not considered defects. A verified warranty will result in a free repair or replacement.
Warranty Definition
3-Month Limited Warranty: 90 days from the original date of purchase
6-Month Limited Warranty: 180 days from the original date of purchase
1-Year Limited Warranty: 1 year from the original date of purchase
Lifetime Limited Warranty: The lifetime warranty of the product.
A lifetime warranty does not guarantee that the product will function for the lifetime of the purchaser, but rather guarantees that the product will function normally throughout its lifetime. The product life can be defined as the length of time the product is expected to function as expected under normal/expected conditions of use. For accessories designed for use with third-party devices, the lifetime warranty period covers the entire life of the third-party device.

Warranty Extension
Some products may be eligible for an extended warranty if registered using this online form within a specific period after purchase. Please refer to the product warranty card or packaging for details.
The following parts are not covered by our extended warranty:
Fabric and lining
Velcro or elastic
Nylon zippers
How to make a warranty claim
Warranty claims must be made directly to Easyland. For customer assistance, please contact us using this form. Do not send your product back to us without first contacting Customer Service.
Once we receive your product, we will evaluate your claim (usually within 7-10 business days) to determine whether the returned product is covered under the applicable limited warranty.
Each request is reviewed and evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Warranty verification and service require proof of purchase.
If we determine that the product has a covered defect, we will repair or replace it (at our option) free of charge, but you will be responsible for shipping costs. If the product was purchased directly from our online store, you may request a refund for the purchase price of the defective product within 30 days of purchase. The cost of the repair or replacement (including parts and labor) will be borne by Easyland. We reserve the right to send you a replacement product of the same or similar style, or an equivalent substitute that may not be like-for-like, subject to availability. Replacement products are only available on an exchange basis. The warranty period for replacement products (as described above) is the remainder of the original applicable product's limited warranty.
Easyland is not responsible for products damaged or lost in transit. We recommend that you use a tracked shipping method to return products to us. Customs fees, including but not limited to taxes, duties, and commissions, are your responsibility.
We reserve the right to return soiled or dirty items that may pose a health or safety risk to our team or equipment.
We reserve the right to send "self-repair kits" for specific repairs or manufacturing defects. These kits will contain complete repair parts and instructions.
All products returned to Easyland will be authenticated. Products determined to be counterfeit will be confiscated and handed over to the Easyland Legal Department. Counterfeit products will not be returned, and consumers should seek redress from the original place of purchase.
Exclusions and Limitations
Any warranty claims listed below are not considered material or manufacturing defects and are not covered by our warranty policy. Easyland may, at its discretion, charge customers for repairs related to:
Wear and tear incurred through normal user use, such as:
Frayed edges or corners from daily use
Natural fading and softening of the material
Stains, spots, and spills
Stretching from wear and tear
Damage to the finish or seams from friction and rubbing
Improper conditioning and cleaning
Tears, stains, or wear to the lining from normal use.
Misuse, neglect, or accidental damage, such as:
Excessive force applied to the product
Tears or scratches
Harsh chemicals, detergents, or other liquids
Exposure to extreme cold or heat
Damage from animals, fire, or weather
Natural disasters
Damage or mishandling by the airline or a third party
Third-party alterations or repairs performed by unauthorized parties
Theft, loss, or vandalism.
Easyland is not responsible for loss or damage incurred during shipping, nor is it responsible for third-party products (i.e., Easyland will not compensate for damage caused by equipment used with Easyland products).
Warranty claims for the following product categories are not covered by our warranty policy. Easyland may, at its discretion, charge the customer a repair fee for:
Promotional, sample, or assorted sale items.
Items purchased through discount retailers or manufacturer outlets.
Items not manufactured by Easyland or our approved manufacturing partners.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances will Easyland or its authorized suppliers be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of the use of this product, including, but not limited to, property damage, loss of value of the product or any third-party products used for or with this product, or loss of use of the product or any third-party products used for or with this product, even if Easyland has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Easyland is not responsible for any damage to or destruction of consumer electronic devices or other personal property contained in the product, including, but not limited to, laptops, mobile phones, smartphones, tablets, MP3 players, DVD players, or handheld devices, or loss of any data contained therein.
Easyland and its authorized suppliers' total liability for any damages of any kind, regardless of the cause of action (including, but not limited to, all damages set forth herein and all direct or general damages, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise), shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the product. Some states and/or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
By purchasing an Easyland product, you agree to the terms of our warranty policy. Easyland reserves the right to modify, edit, or cancel this warranty policy at any time without prior notice.
