How long does it take to place an order and receive your product?

Depending on the destination, your product will arrive within 2-6 days.

*Delivery times may be longer during Thanksgiving and holidays.

What are your shipping costs?

1) Standard Shipping - €5.49 (free shipping for orders over $100)

2) Expedited Shipping - €6.29

We use Amazon's delivery service, so shipping costs depend on Amazon's shipping rates.

Which shipping company?

Orders are shipped via DHL Express. In rare cases, we may use the local postal service for Express Mail. In all cases, we will inform you of the responsible courier.

Do you ship internationally?

No, shipping covers the United States.

How can I track my order?

The shipping confirmation email will contain a tracking number. This number allows you to track your shipment in real time on the courier's website.

What happens if I'm not available for delivery?

If you are not present at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt to deliver the package again. If the second attempt is unsuccessful, DHL will leave a notice with their contact information and hold your order at the pickup point.

By contacting DHL, you can pick up your order at our designated pickup point. If you are unable to collect your order from the pickup point, the package will be returned to our warehouse after a few days. If you do not contact us, we will process your order cancellation.
